Delivery is not included in the product price. Delivery is free within 30 km of our Cape Town factory, while delivery from 31–150 km is charged at R8 per kilometre. Deliveries beyond 150 km are quoted separately. Hot tubs transported by third-party courier also require protective packaging and transport insurance. One tray works well, but we recommend starting with two for a balanced and practical setup, particularly when the hot tub is being enjoyed by several people.
