Buitengewoon began with a simple need. As the team behind AfriCamps, South Africa’s glamping pioneers, we searched for a wood fired hot tub that met our standards and when we couldn’t find one, we designed and built our own. Crafted with premium resin and finished in real wood, our tubs are beautifully proportioned, exceptionally comfortable, and built to endure. Today, hundreds of Buitengewoon hot tubs are used in luxury hospitality settings across South Africa and beyond – proven over time, trusted by leading hospitality brands and enjoyed by thousands of guests. Now, that same experience is available for your own home or retreat.
